Production / processing time
Orders are usually produced/processed and shipped within 1-3 weeks. Shipping time depends on the delivery option you choose at checkout. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends. Shipping origin is Switzerland. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates can vary based on international postal service availability and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Once we hand the order over to the postal service, its not under our control anymore.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped. If you chose Priority Shipping at checkout, the confirmation email will contain the tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order nor delays caused by the same. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ant-shack.com. Please send us pictures of the packaging outside and the broken parts.
Time sensitive orders
If you need to place a time sensitive order (birtdhay present, xmas gift, etc.) please contact us before ordering so we can check if the timeframe is realistic. We can not guarantee the indicated processing and shipping times. We can not be held liable for late shipments nor can we issue a refund for delayed delivery.
